Return Policy

 Relax!!! Your money is 100% safe with us.

In the event, If the product delivered to you is:

  • Physically damaged or defective;
  • Varies from the description;
  • Wrong product delivered;
  • Wrong Color;
  • Wrong Style;
  • Wrong Size; or
  • Wrong Quantity;

We will take the product back.

If you wish to return the product you can initiate the return request within 15 days of delivery. To initiate the return request please email our customer care executive at support@navity.in along with your complete order details, nature of issues and photographs of the defective product. We will pick the product from your doorstep and initiate the refund once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charge levied by us. 

We will accept the return only if the following conditions are met:

  • Return request should be initiated within 15 days of delivery;
  • The tags and labels on the product should be intact;
  • The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
  • The Product is returned along with the original packaging.

Please Note that the Returns are not acceptable for any request that do not meet the aforementioned criteria.

Further, Please do not accept the items in case the product packaging has tampered during the course of delivery.

Cancellation :

We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for refund of the amount to your original payment method.
